Lleva algo de tiempo esta preparacion pero los resultados bien valen la pena.

INGREDIENTES:

• Harina de trigo 1 taza
• Agua 2 tazas
• Polvo para hornear 3 cucharaditas pequeñas
• Sal 1 cucharadita
• Ajinomoto 1 cucharadita ( opcional )
• Cubito 1/2 cucharadita ( opcional )

En una holla mezclamos la harina de trigo y el agua junto con los demas ingredientes, cocinamos a fuego medio hasta que espece.

Luego colacamos la mezcla en una bandeja con aceite, para que no se pegue la mezcla.

La esparcimos con los dedos. Podemos colocarnos un poquito de aceite en los dedos para que sea mas facil exparcir la masa.
