Whip the sweet cream, in another bowl, combine the cheese and powdered sugar with a spoon, then combine everything and beat with a mixer, melt the gelatin according to the instructions on the bag and add to the filling, beating with a mixer until everything is well combined, pour over the cover.
Put the fruit, sugar and water on the stove to boil, cook for 5 minutes, remove from the stove, and then add the gelatin to the hot mass to melt. Leave to cool, then pour over the filling.
Leave the cake in the fridge overnight to cool down nicely.
Ready cake looks in this way..
I have to admit that the children couldn't wait the whole night{it is recommended), so we tasted it after four hours of being in the fridge. The kids were so curios how it looks like because they were all the main cooks and I only helped them with instruuctions and they were happy to make it by their little hands. I was very proud and their love and positive energy made the cake to be more beautiful than expected.
The youngest daughter was happy to eat the cake together with her baby doll.
The text, the photos and video belong to me. The photos were taken with my spartphone alpha 1. I am sorry because the photos are not perfect. I hope you will consider taking care of everything together with four small children.
