Happy Tuesday everyone.
Today is our special day, because it is an important day of the religious month, today all our employees are enjoying a general holiday. I'm at home today, I don't have to go to office because it's a holiday. As I am at home I will try to enjoy the day to the fullest.
Today I have made a great tasting recipe, I am always as careful about cooking as I am about taste. Because if the cooking is not done properly, then the taste will not be obtained properly as well as the correct use of the times will not be ensured. This is what I believe and try to do right while cooking. Because if the cooking is not right, the mind can get bad quickly.
In today's cooking, I have used Arum-lobe as well as prawns. Prawns are my favorite and everyone in our house loves them a lot. And the level of interest in cooking favorite things is a little higher. Prawn and Arum-lobe combination cooking is really great, we all cook Arum-lobe with hilsa fish or shrimp fish.

Arum-lobe is a very nutritious vegetable, although not everyone likes this vegetable. But everyone in our house likes this vegetable very much. Actually it is available almost all year round, but many people collect Arum-lobe from Arum trees around the house.

Ingredients for cooking:
- Arum-lobe
- Shrimp
- Onion
- Raw chilies
- Ginger garlic paste
- Garlic
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- salt
- Oil.
Method of cooking:




At the beginning of cooking I took a pan and placed it on the stove and put some water in it and cut the Arum-lobe cleanly and covered it with a lid to boil it.





Then I added some more oil to the pan and sliced the garlic and then sliced the onion and sauteed it lightly.




Then I added all the spices and mixed it with light water and then cleaned the prawns and put them on the ground masala.



Then I mixed the prawns with the spices well, rinsed well again with light water.




Once grated, add the boiled Arum-lobes and mix and cover with a lid for some time. Then I removed the lid.



Then I sliced the green chili and cooked it for some more time.
