How much do you like vegetables? If it is a fresh vegetable of the tree, then love will surely increase many times over. That's exactly what it's supposed to be, because I know fresh vegetables have a lot of flavor. I always try to buy fresh vegetables and cook them well. Because just as fresh vegetables taste good to eat, they are also much more nutritious.
But one thing I try to be very careful about is to cook properly. Because no matter how fresh and nutritious a vegetable is, if you can't cook it properly, it won't taste good and no one will want to eat it if it doesn't taste good. So we need to be more careful in tasting the food and try to do the dishes carefully.
Today I will share with you a recipe of this kind of fresh vegetable. However I have tried to finish the cooking quite nicely and carefully. It is a wax gourd vegetable but I have tried to cook it by adding shrimp to make it taste better. I hope you like the cooking.
Ingredients for cooking-
- wax gourd
- Shrimp
- Onions
- Raw peppers
- Coriander leaves
- Yellow powder
- Chili powder
- Coriander powder
- Ginger paste
- Salt
- Oil.
Cooking preparation-
First I put a pan in the oven and heated it with some oil, then I fried it with chopped onion in hot oil and then I cleaned the shrimp and put them on top.
Then I gave all the spices and mixed it well with salt then I cooked it for some time and tanned it.
Then I cooked for some more time with some water and after draining the water I cut the wax gourd into slices and poured them.
Then I mixed the spices well with the wax gourds and covered them with a lid, after the wax gourd boiled I removed the lid.
Then I added some water to make the soup and cooked for some more time, then I crushed the raw chillies and coriander leaves. After taking the amount of broth, I took it down.
The shrimp curry was cooked with my fresh flavored wax gourd. It tastes so much better to eat, it tastes much better to eat with hot rice.
