Hello foodies! Today another easy and simple recipe that I am going to share to all of you. Vegetable stir fry noodles.
Mostly... asians loves noodles, and I am one of them. It has been a staple food in my pantry as well.
I love noodles that has so much veggies on it, the beautiful bright colours of peppers and greens, makes it palatable to my son.
Let me share How I prepare my simple vegetable noodles.
Ingredients:
Egg noodles 400 grms.
Soy sauce 2-3 tbspn
Black pepper 1tbspn (coarse ground)
Onion 1 big
Garlic 3 pcs.
Bay leaves 1 pc.
Carrots 1 pc.
Peppers ( red & orange )
Methods:
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic, bay leaves and black pepper for a minute.
Add in onion, continue to sauté for 3 minutes or till raw smell is gone.
Add in chopped vegetables, stir-fry for
2 Minutes in medium- high flame.
Add 2 cups of water and seasoned with soy sauce. Cook more for 3 minutes under low fire.
Drain vegetables and set aside.
( The seasoned liquid will be used to cook with noodles.)
Add in noodles, cook noodles till soft. Add more water if necessary.
Add in vegetables. Mix with noodles.
Try this simple and easy vegetable stir fry and let me know how it goes.
