Good-Day/Night, Foodie Community friends, Today I want to introduce "Afghan Tandoori Bread" and "Bolandi Tanduri" to you, This is a Traditional food in My country with tons of years history, We Do Never Eat Any kind of food, if we dont see Such Bread Beside of the Food, this bread is almost a must have one, beside of any other food we might Cook,
ingredients:
1- flour
2 - dough
3- Salt
4- Water
How to prepare the dough:
-Put the amount of flour in the bowl and empty it into a bowl.
-Pour water and dissolve the dough with water.
-Pour enough salt and mix the ingredients together.
-Then the dough is punched enough with both hands. Every time
-I wet my hands with water (a handful of water) and squeeze.
-Bread dough should be soft. Once the dough is completely ready
-Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave for a few hours
-Let it straighten and reach. Then char the dough and bake
-Preheat and flatten the charcoal on the raffia and hand
-Cover the sleeves and stick the bread to the wall of the hot oven.
-And they bake tandoori bread in this way, finally the amount of dough
-For the next time, the dough is wrapped in plastic and a safe place
-If we want to cook tandoori oily bread while
Cook, mix some oil with the dough and bake the bread.
-to cook Bolandi Tanduri, wash it beforehand with pepper and salt
-we later finished cooking bread. The amount of dough
-we leave it to cook bolani.
-Lay the dough on a rafideh and put the pudding in between
-And we close Bolani in three corners and stick him to the oven wall.
-Bring a bulani dish with homemade yogurt on the table and enjoy
-Tandoori bread in Afghanistan is mostly made by women bakers or at home
