Lobster is very pupular in the world . Most of the country people like lobster fish . Lobster fish is expensive fish in fish market . Third world countries earn this lobster fish a lot of foreign exchange by exporting abroad. We can make various types of recipes by lobster fish . Every recipes are very delicious because lobster fish is more delicious fish . Today I am sharing Lobster fish Vuna recipe .I hope everyone like my recipe.
Ingredients
Lobster fish 500 grams
Dry chilli 8 pieces
Green chilli 7 pieces
Tumaric 1 table spoons
Salt 1.5 table spoons
Mustrad oil 100 grams
black pepper 3 grams
Cardamom 2 pieces
Cinnamon 1 gram
Garlic 2 pieces
Onion 3 pieces
Water as needed
Step 1
◆First of all I cut lobster fish perfectly . I washed lobster fish with fresh water .
Step 2
◆I collected lobster vuna recipe some elements such as black pepper 3 grams ,Cardamom 2 pieces ,Cinnamon 1 gram ,Garlic 2 pieces etc. I made paste by this elements .
Step 3
◆I removed onions shells . After that I cut onion slicely . I removed garlic shells.
Step 4
◆I added water in pan on oven. I mixed tumaric and salt with water in pan.
Step 5
◆After boiling sometimes, I Added lobster fish in pan.
Step 6
◆I boiled lobster fish 14-15 minutes in pan.
Step 7
◆I admixed masala paste in lobster fish in pan.
Step 8
◆After boiling 6-7 minutes lobster fish ,I picked up this curry from pan.
Step 9
◆I gave mustrad oil in pan. After heating mustrad oil in pan , I added onion and garlic with heat mustrad oil in pan. I fried onion and garlic in pan.
Step 10
◆I admixed lobster curry with fry onion and garlic again. I boiled this curry 8-10 minutes.
◆After completing this lobster vuna recipe, I picked up this recipe from pan. Thus I made delicious lobster vuna recipe.
