Ingredients
Tengra fish 200 grams
Ol 600 grams
Tumaric 1 table spoons
Salt 1.5 table spoons
Mustard oil 150 grams
Onion 2 piece
Garlic 2 pieces
Green chilli 12 pieces
Dry Red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoons
Cumin 5 grams
Garam masala paste 25 grams
Water as needed
Preparation and process
Step 1
I collected 200 grams tengra fish for making Ol temgra fish curry recipe .
Step 2
I cut tengra fish . I washed tengra fish with fresh water .
Step 3
I admixed mustrad oil in pan .After heating this oil , I fried tengra fish .
Step 4
After frying tengra fish , I picked up tengra fish from pan.
Step 5
After removing onion and garlic shells , I chopped onion and cut green. chilli from middle porson.
Step 6
I gathered 600 grams Ol .After that I removed Ol shells. I cut Ol as wish . I washed Ol with fresh water .
Step 7
After collecting all masala elements , I made garam masala paste .
Step 8
I mixed mustrad oil in pan. I admixed Ol with mustrad oil in pan.
Step 9
I added water as needed with Ol with Ol in pan.
Step 10
I admixed tumaric and salt with Ol. I added green chilli with Ol.
Step 11
I mixed frying tengra fish with Ol curry in pan.
Step 12
After boiling 15-16 minutes , i picked this Ol tengra fish curry from oven .
Step 13
I fried onion and garlic with hot mustrad oil in pan.
Step 14
I admixed garam masala paste with frying onion garlic in pan.
Step 15
I admixed this Ol tengra fish curry again in pan ..I boiled this curry 10-12 minutes .
Thus I made delicious Ol tengra fish curry recipe .
