Every weekend and holiday, I used to treat myself as a lady of the kitchen and the ladle is always with me, my partner in cooking.
This holiday I prepared a simple meal for my family but yet delicious and yummy and these are the Crispy Tortang Bolinao ( Fish Omelette) and Kinilaw na Bolinao ( Raw fish dish).
My kids love to eat torta it may be fish or veggies. Torta for them is like an appetizer that they will eat more especially if it is crispy and tasty.
I also prepared Kinilaw na Isda ( raw fish dish) for my hubby's favorite. He used to eat this with the presence of chili( hot pepper)
I would love to share with you how to prepare this simple yet yummy and delicious dish.
