Breakfast are food we eat in the morning, we should always eat Light food in the morning.
Had this for breakfast it was really nice and I enjoyed every bit of it.As you can see the food below is water yam yeah you heard me correctly water yam is actually a specie of yam.
I had fried water yam and sauce.
*Ingredients used in cooking the food
1tuber of water Yam
50cl of groundnut oil
5 medium sized Fresh pepper
1 medium sized Onion
Salt to taste
1/2 Cube of Maggi
*Procedure for cooking the food
Peel your yam
Cut into desired shapes
Wash it with clean water and salt
Put it in a sieve to drain and add a little pinch of salt to improve the taste
Put your clean clean frying pan in the fire from your stove, charcoal or gas.
Put your vegetable oil
When it's hot add your yam and fry for 3_5minutes.
For your sauce
Wash your pepper and onion
Slice the onion
Pound the pepper and onion
Add them into a clean pot
Add your maggi
Add your vegetable oil
Add a little salt to taste
Fry for two to three minutes.
Then your fried water yam and sauce is ready for consumption.
