I want to share a receipe on how to cook Okro or okra(Lady finger's soup )
Okra has its nutritional value which includes
- Okra is low in calories but has many nutrients.
- It has vitamin c which helps in improving the immune system of the human body.
- Okra also has vitamin k which helps in blood clotting.
- Drinking Okra water also helps you to reduce weight.
- It also improves your blood sugar management.
- Okra water and okro also increases chances of conceiving by increasing ovulation, fertility and libido which helps with conception.
INGREDIENTS
- Okro/Okra (lady's Finger)
- Ugu(pumpkin leaf)
- Fish or any meat of your Choice
- Onions
- Crayfish
- Maggi
- Salt to Taste
- Palm oil
- Pepper

PROCEDURES
- Put a clean pot on the fire and Add like 2litres of water.
- Allow it to boil and add your palm oil.
- Proceed with add the water from your steamed fish or any meat of your choice.
*Add your 2 cubes of Maggi and salt to taste. - Put your pounded Crayfish and pepper
- You must have sliced your okra and pumpkin leaf in desired shapes

- Wash yourugu and allow to drain water

Add your okra to the soup and cook for 2_3 minutes to avoid being soggy.
Add your sliced onions
Add your steamed Fish
Add your pumpkin leaf ugu
Turn with your cooking spoon and leave for two minutes
Your Soup is ready
Procedure for the swallow for the soup
You can eat your okra soup with semovita, wheat flour, Grarri,corn flour or fufu
We ate ours with Garri
Just put your Desired quantity of Garri in bowl
- Add your boiled water and turned with your wooden turner.
Your Okra Soup and Garri is ready to serve
