Hello my dear Foodies, hope you all are doing well! ๐๐๐๐งก๐๐ฅฐโจ Today, I'm going to share super awesome recipe "A Very Famous and Tasty Indian Snack : Kachori ๐".
Ingredients๐for stuffing:
โข 1/4 cup of moong dal
โข 1/2-1/4 tsp of chilli powder (adjust to your spice level)
โข 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
โข 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
โข 3/4 tsp of fennel seeds (crushed)
โข 1/4 tsp of cumin powder
โข 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder
โข 1/4 tsp of garam masala
โข a pinch of asafoetida
โข salt to taste
โข 4-5 tsp of water (or as required)
For dough:-
โข 1 cup of all purpose flour
โข 1 tsp of semolina
โข 3 tbsp of oil
โข Salt to taste
โข Pinch of baking soda (optional)
โข Water to knead a dough
โข Oil for deep frying
Step1:- Take 200grams of white wheat flour (Maida) in bowl.
Step2:- Add salt in it according to taste.
Step3:- Add 1 tablespoon of oil in it.
Step4:-Knead it thoroughly.
Step5:- Now take 4 cups of fresh green peas.
Step6:- Heat a pan on a low flame like this. ๐
Step7:- Add 1 Tablespoon of oil in it and heat it.
Step8:- Add Cumin, chopped Garlic, chopped Ginger and chopped green chillies in it and sauteli it for 5 minutes.
Step9:- Add finely chopped onions, 1 teaspoon of Red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric,garam masala and a pinch of asafoetida in it and saute it.
Step10:- Add Fresh green peas in it snd saute it for 7 minutes.
Step11:- Sitr it for 3 minutes.
Step12:- Cover the lip and cook it for 7 minutes.
Step13:- Stuffing of Kachori is ready!
Step14:-Take a mixer jar and add that stuffing.
Step15:- Make it a thick paste like this. ๐
Step16:- Flaten the dough and add stuffing in it.
Step17:- Make it round and flat like this.
Step18:- Put Oil in the pan and heat it.
Step19:- Fry all the kachoris one by one.
Step20:- Fry it like this.
Step21:- Take it like it.
Step22:- Kachoris are ready to serve!
