The ingredients are very few as you can see. It is just as easy to make.
Chop the onions into small cubes. If your slogans are big, you chop an onion.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan and fry the onions for a few minutes. Onions need to lose their vitality.
When the onions are browned, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and fry it again. I kept frying until the smell of tomato paste was gone.
Then add the beans. Here are some things to watch out for. First of all, if you are going to make this dish, you should soak the beans in water the night before. It will fog up a little in the water and release harmful gases. Also, when we do this, the beans will cook much easier.
I always soak it in water the night before. Sometimes, like today, I soak and drain the beans and put them in the freezer for later use. It is much more practical for me that way.
We add salt and hot red pepper flakes. If you don't like pain, you may not add pain.
For the last time, we mix all the ingredients again.
Then we add 3-4 glasses of boiled water and continue to boil the beans until they are cooked. After the water boils, set the bottom of the stove to the lowest setting and cook for approximately 40 minutes. Take care not to run out of water until the beans are cooked. If the water decreases, you can add 1 glass of water again.
After the food was cooked, I waited for a while until its own temperature was gone. Then our bean dish is ready to be served!

Actually, I was going to prepare rice pilaf, but I ate a lot of food yesterday and I didn't want to take in too many calories tonight because rice contains starch. That's why I preferred bulgur, which is lower in calories than rice. I sautéed tomatoes and onions, added bulgur, and cooked it like rice. Bulgur pilaf is a very satisfying dish. And when combined with beans, it becomes my favorite dish for both.
Finally, I prepared Ayran as a drink, which must be consumed with this dish. Ayran is a beverage prepared with yogurt, water and a pinch of salt.
