Sattu flour is made using roasted chickpea. It looks likes besan but and is different from besan. It is mostly made by brown skinned chickpea, roasted and powdered. It is really good for health. We can make paratha stuffing with sattu flour and it is extremely delicious. These paranthas are crispy and crunchy and taste really well with butter.
Sattu flour is also used to make drinks and it is very refreshing in summers. Sattu is an ingredient popularly used in Bihar. It is rich in fibre and nutrients making it a healthy dish.
These paranthas are very light and one can easily consume 3-4 in a meal. Let's see how we make it.

Ingredients

| 7. | Salt | As per taste |
| 8. | Red Chilli Powder | 1/2 TBSP |
| 9. | Ghee | 2 TBSP |
| 10. | Wheat Flour | 200 gms |
Method
Step 1: Chop the onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger into fine pieces.
Step 2: Take the sattu in a bowl. Add chopped vegetables. Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and 2 TBSP ghee and give it a good mix.
Step 3: Take Wheat Flour in a big bowl. Kneed into a dough. It has to be a regular dough, like we do to make chapatis. Let is settle for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Now take some dough and flatten it. Fill it with the sattu mix and fold it nicely. Flatten the bread to a neat, round shape.
Step 5: Heat the tawa and add a spoon of oil. Place the parantha on the tawa and let it cook.
Step 6: Once the parantha is cooked from one side, turn it upside down. Let the other side cook well.
Step 7: Now add some ghee on the tawa to make the parantha crispy and cook well until brown.
Step 8: Serve hot with any butter/pickle/vegetable/chutney
