So,
I am share with you the sweet dish recipe π€©
Ingredients,
Semolina(suji): 1 cup
Ghee: 1/2 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Water: 1/2 glass
Food colour: 1/2 teaspoon
Light golden (suji)
Add ghee
Add food colour
Add sugar
Step of cooking;
Take a pan and add semolina(suji) in it and keep stirring until it turns light brown. When semolina becomes light golden, add ghee to it and add food color to it after frying. Then its color will be yellowish, then add sugar and half a glass add water and stir. When it starts to boil, you will know that the semolina is ready. At the end, add a little cardamom powder because it gives a very good taste.π
Then take out semolina in a plate and garnish with crushed almondsβΊοΈ
