Material
- Chicken leg piece or run 7-8
- Half a cup of sour yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of onion paste
- 1 teaspoon of green chilli paste - 2 teaspoons of ginger
- One and a half teaspoon of garlic
- 5-6 green chillies
- Almond paste 1 tablespoon
- A little red pepper powder
- Jayatri little
- 2-3 pieces of cinnamon
- White cardamom 4 p.m.
- Zardar color slightly
- Like the amount of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 cup of ghee
- Mawa 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- A few raisins
Preparation method
(1) First, the chicken pieces should be washed well, cleaned and drained.
(2) Then with the washed chicken pieces, mix well with sour curd, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, lemon juice and salt and keep it covered for an hour.
(3) Now heat oil in a pot and put onion in it. Heat ghee in another pan and fry the chicken pieces in it over medium high heat.
(4) When it is fried, it should be well covered with onion, chilli paste and the spices in the bowl.Stir in all the spices except onion, sugar, prunes, raisins, mawa and green chillies. You have to cook on low heat.
(5) If necessary, give 1 cup of hot water. Once the meat is cooked, add onion, sugar, potato chips, raisins and whole green chillies and simmer for another 20 minutes.
(6) When the water of the roast dries up and the oil rises to the top, shake it with mawa and take it down.
