Hey there! I want share my hunt mushrooms and marinated it!
I really like to hunt mushrooms but I don't like to eat them!
We walked around 25 kilometres today and take 10 kg of mushroom ๐

I don't add a lot of spices to pickled mushrooms. It can just kill the taste of the mushrooms ๐คจ. Therefore, a few cloves and a few black peppercorns along with one bay leaf will be quite enough.๐
Recipe: mushrooms should be well cleaned and cut into pieces. Boil for about 20 minutes.
Ingredients per 1 liter jar:
800 g raw porcini mushrooms
For marinade:
1 liter of water
2 tbsp. l. salt
1 st. l. sugar
50 ml vinegar 9%
2 cloves
2 black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
In the meantime, prepare the marinade. Take a saucepan, pour in 1 liter of boiling water, add 2 tbsp. l. salt, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 clove buds, 2 black peppercorns and 1 bay leaf. Boil the marinade until the salt and sugar dissolve, and then add 50 ml of 9% vinegar. The taste of marinadon should be quite salty.
Throw the mushrooms into the boiling marinade and cook for 10 minutes. If you have large pieces, increase the time to 15 minutes.
Roll up in banks and you're done! From 5 am to 8 pm I was busy with mushrooms! I got great pleasure! and in winter we will enjoy their taste!
