Un abrazo afectuoso a todos mis amigos de hive y en especial a nuestros amantes de la buena gastronomía mundial de Foodies bee hive hoy les traigo esta maravillosa fruta tropical llamada en algunos países como "Jocote" y en otros países la llaman "Ciruela o Ciruela de hueso" está increíble fruta tiene su época de siembra y su época de cosecha, comenzando el mes de Abril ya muchos países como Uruguay, Venezuela, parte de Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, México, Costa Rica y Panamá.
Este fruto es una delicia total a pesar de que no es de gran tamaño, tampoco posee mucha pulpa ya que en medio tiene su semilla que abarca el mayor espacio, pero sin duda una fortuna para muchos tener unas de estás en cada mesa.
Dato curioso y de interés que es que de este fruto se hacen diferentes comidas y dulces, los cuales estaré mostrando próximamente desde mi blog.
