Ever though of making a Cottage cheesecake? This tastes a lot like a burnt basque cheesecake, made with available ingredients and pretty simply to make! It’s also a healthier alternate to regular cheesecake, high in protein and gluten free!
Here's the Recipe 👇🏻
- 100g cottage cheese (Paneer)
- 1/4 cup thick curd/Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1.5 tbsp gluten free flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Chopped Figs or any Fruit of your choice
- Bake at 180C for 25 mins
