Anchovy or Dilis is a very small silver marine fish that is abundant in the seas of the Philippines and the Pacific. Since this fish is inexpensive, this is popular in many Filipino homes and cook them in many varieties. This includes paksiw or stewed, it can also be dried, or can be made as fish sauce or patis and fermented or bagoong.
Anchovies contain many vitamins and minerals which is good for the body. It is a best source of Omega 3 , Vitamin B and protein .

The dish is same as how you make an egg omelet is just that you include anchovies in it! The crisp, savory flavor will really make you eat more in the morning!
THE INGREDIENTS
400g Anchovies
1/4 cup Flour
2 Eggs
Salt
Pepper Powder
Onion
Tomato
Garlic
Seasoning Mix (optional)
PROCEDURE
Step 1 - Preparation of Mixture
Wash anchovies and drain excess water.
In a bowl, mix the anchovies, minced onion, and garlic.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Add a dash of seasoning.
Add 1/4 cup flour and pepper powder.
Add the minced tomatoes and eggs.
Mix well.
Step 2 - Cooking Procedure
Heat cooking oil, use spoon to measure the amount of mixture to fry. Flatten the mixture.
Fry both sides until golden brown or until its crispy.
