This afternoon when I was shopping at a frozen market I found a burger shop with a very unique name.
BURGERAWIT!
It immediately occurred to me that the inventor of this burger must have tried to win the hearts of prospective consumers by blending western specialties with flavors that are suitable for Indonesian tongues.
If the sauces that are usually used in the burger menu are tomato sauce and chili sauce with a spicy level that is still normal for Indonesians, then Burgerawit offers a variety of burger menus with spicy levels from basic, medium to very spicy.
It just so happened that when I was going home it suddenly rained, so I stopped and bought two burgers for myself and for my mother.

I ordered two portions of Burgeraawit jr.
During the burger making process, the seller allowed me to closely watch the patty roasting process. I really like it because the seller doesn't neglect cleanliness during the serving process. The seller still uses plastic gloves.
I ordered a burger to take home. Because the rain had stopped, so I immediately finished the payment and went home.
Burgerawit flavor review
What amazed me the most was Burgerawit, even though the price was very affordable, but the components of the burger were complete. I'm the type of person who likes to eat a burger complete with vegetables. The lettuce and tomatoes served by Burgerawit are very fresh. I still hear the 'Kress' sound when I bite the lettuce. The tomatoes are also very fresh.
Patty in burger, although not very thick, but very good! he was cooked just right.
The most important thing for a burger is the texture of the bun!
The first thing I judged when tasting a burger was the texture and taste of the bun used. Earlier, I didn't expect too much from the bun that Burgerawit used. But it turns out, again and again, Burgerawit keeps me amazed because the texture of the bun used in Burgerawit doesn't taste like cheap ingredients.
As for the overall taste, the bun, patty, sauce and veg are great. Moreover, the cayenne sauce specially made by them, is so delicious! I highly recommend that you try this burger.
Burgerawit outlets are not too many, even so this burger really deserves to be big and famous. Good luck, Burgerawit! I will return to this outlet.
