Happy Monday, Hive everywhere!
How do you deal with Monday? Are you like the average person who really hates Mondays for various reasons?
Or is Monday for you just like any other day and you feel your Monday is flat and less exciting? I belong to the group of people who feel Monday is still like a normal day.
How about Monday lovers? are you really lucky today? What are you cooking today?
Today I cook my own favorite dish. Actually, almost all of my family likes chicken dishes with various processed recipes; chicken stew, green chili chicken, fried chicken, chicken curry, chicken satai (OMG! chicken satay is my number one favourite), geprek chicken, and my sister's favorite chicken dish is Swike Ayam.
fyi; This swike is a processed dish with a characteristic taste of fermented soybeans or we call it tauco. For those who are not familiar with tauco, it may feel strange and not suitable on the tongue. But, for those of us who already know this menu, tauco is very delicious. a little extra, this swike actually contains frog meat. Yep! field frog.
But, this time, I don't want to share the chicken tauco recipe. I want to share a super simple recipe of sweet spicy chicken. My two nephews are cock addicts. They really like chicken and vegetables. The processed chicken dish that my nephew likes the most is the chicken curry. But because at that time I already shared with you about the curry chicken recipe, today I will change the menu with sweet spicy chicken which my niece likes.
