In the Philippines, there is a place that is known for being fond of spicy foods. Un is the bicol. My dad is a Bicolano so maybe one of my traits is also being fond of manghang. One of my dad's favorite dishes is "laing" or known as dried taro leaves. It is a type of plant that grows in the ground and its leaves are the size of an onti. One of the things that makes it delicious is the coconut milk and the lots of chili. How to do? It's easy and you only need a little seasoning. At first you just need to sauté the onion with the ginger. And you can saute the meat with spices to make the meat taste better. Follow with taro leaves and coconut milk. Let simmer and put in lots of chilli. Hehehe I'm not that good at cooking because we rarely serve such food at the table because the kids don't like that spicy and they don't like vegetables hehehe hope you try it in your home. Keep safe God bless
