Hi guys how are you? Welcome to my blog. I have a little dish here that Filipinos like me love who, every Friday, they are used to cooking munggo. Munggo is a type of vegetable that you have to soften enough to eat. One of the easiest to cook is mungo because it is sauteed only with garlic and onion as well as tomato. They say that's why they do this habit of eating legumes every Friday so they can avoid meat. But it looks like I can't avoid it because it's very tasty to be served with crispy bagnet or known for fried pork hehehe. Keep everyone safe Godbless
