Hoy nuevamente participando en el concurso del amigo Hive account@zord189 donde nos invita a crear receta con pasta como ingrediente principal. Hoy prepare una pasta en salsa de antun, muy deliciosa y fácil de preparar. Acompáñame a preparar este delicioso plato.

Ingredientes:

• 350 gramos de pasta.
• lata de atún.
• 1 cubito de pollo..
• 3 tomates.
• cebolla.
• 1 aji.
• 2 dientes de ajo.
• ramita de cilantro.
• sal y pimienta.

Para su Preparación:

Colocamos a cocinar la pasta según ñas instrucciones del empaque, por lo general dice cocinar durante 10 minutos, yo la cocino durante 7 minutos.

Se cortan en trozos el tomate, cebolla, el aji y el ajo, y lo colocamos en la licuadora con media taza de agua donde cocinamos la pasta.

Ya licuado lo colocamos en un sarten le agregamos el cubito de pollo y dejamos hervir durante 10 minutos.

Destapamos la lata de Atún para agregarla a la salsa.

Después de dejar hervir el atun con la salsa durante 3 a 4 minutos, apagamos la cocina y agregamos cilantro.

Lista la pasta.

Lista la pasta agregamos la salsa y la mezclamos con la pasta.

Rallamos queso mozzarella y se lo agregamos a la pasta y decoramos un poquito de cilantro.
