Today I wanna share with you a recipe about CHICKEN STEAM WITH BEER. That's what I made for family dinner.
A few steps will give your family a tasty, fascinating meal. I bet if you try, you will do it π



| Cooking ingredients include |
| 1 chicken already cooked, 1 onion, a little salt, 5 lemongrasses, 2 red onions, pepper, 2 beers, 1 big pot, a little vinegar, ginger. |

| Step 1 |
| We begin to wash chickens with salt and water, then wash it again with vinegar and warm water. And then re-wash it with water a few more times to make it really clean, and finally make they drain the water. ( This important step, because vinegar help removes the smell of chicken's fiasco very well. This means that make your food will be more perfect, more delicious. It's a good trick that I use a lot in cooking.π) |


| Step 2 |
| Striking 5 lemongrass, then cut them into three pieces. |
| Minced 2 red onions. Mix 2 spoons of pepper with 4 spoons of salt. Onion cut them into two pieces. Cut ginger into slices. |

| Step 3 |
| Started marinating the chicken with spices. Take salt mix pepper put it on the whole chicken. And put the red onion, onion, lemongrass inside the chicken. Then wait about 20 minutes to soak the chicken with the spices. |





| Step 4 |
| Put the chicken in the pot and steam. Put some leaf of lemongrass and some slice of ginger on the chicken. Finally, pour the beer on the chicken and mix some water and steam. Steaming in 40-50 minutes. Then put the lid on it. |
