Hey guys
Yesterday I visited with my wife a famous Athenian restaurant named Aleria with a famous chef gikas Xenakis.
The course consisted with 7 stages(plates)
- amuse bouchée toast with cheese and butter
- crab with fennel , plum and chamomile
3)tartare giouvarlaki (traditional Greek food)
Beef Ω3 with avgolemono and dill
- Pumpkin Mousse
chestnuts ,apaki and black truffle
- magiatiko ( fish) with lentils , carrots and spinach
- was a surprise from the chef “pastitsio”
- lamp with topinambur wild mushrooms and onions
And last but not least the dessert which was perfect
Chocolate ganache with hazelnut rosemary and mountain tea sorbet
