Coxinha is very common Brazilian snack. It's named for little chicken thigh.
It's fried crispy dough stuffing with seasoned chicken or seasoned chicken and Catupiry, kind of special cream cheese.
By far my favorite snack. Delicious. Any time of day i can eat it.
Today we went for walk and decided to grab few at this new restaurant. Totally worth it. Just incredible. I was searching a long time for such good coxinha nearly my home... Now i know where to find. If you don't taste it yet... Please run for it.
