I confess, I'm not a zucchini lover, but I'm crazy about creamy soups made with this vegetable. This delicious dish is very easy to make, and as all my recipes are free of gluten, sugar and lactose, so it is a food suitable for all types of health conditions.
Without further ado, let's start this delicious zucchini cream, let's get to work!
Ingredients (recipe for approximately 10 servings):
4 Zucchini.
1 Carrot.
1 Potato.
1 Onion.
2 Chiles.
1 Salt to taste.
1 tablespoon of seasoning powder.
2 large cloves of garlic (or 4 small ones).
1 Chicken breast or 2 chicken thighs.
2陆 Liters of water
Preparation:
Step 1:
In a pot we place 2陆 liters of water, a chicken breast and garlic cloves on the fire.

When the water with the breast boil add the rest of the ingredients cut in pieces as well as the salt and the seasoning.

We remove the chicken pieces as soon as they are completely white, with no pinkish tones inside the protein. Once we certify that the chicken is fully cooked with no reddish traces, we begin to shred them in their entirety. Remove and discard the bones.

We wait for the soup to reduce its temperature and then we introduce into the blender half of the contents of the pot together with the shredded chicken. Blend until a uniform mixture is obtained and set aside. Repeat the operation with the rest of the soup and then the result is reheated and served in a deep dish.
