my favorite restaurant in chicago!
its called Rootstock, and it is a wine bar that serves good food.
Rootstock is the place i discovered what is called, Bio-Dynamic wine.
I will do a post on what bio dynamic wine is, in the future.
oysters. 🦪 these are prized by and are not something i would normally go after. they were good. the best oysters ive had was in new york, because they supplies you with tobasco sauce, and fresh horseradish, instead of just lemon and vinegar.
the burger. this is what i got. i havent had a burger in a long time before last night. two weeks ago, when i was on the raw food fast, i stood by and watched my homie eat one of these. it was very good.
hazylogic sent it with the steak again. the sauce the steak was in is so good and was an excellent dipping sauce for the fries that we split
the homie ordered the pasta because he couldnt decide. it ended up being a perfect portion size of pasta, the noodles were made in house, and the smell of pesto was fabulous.
