Sin nada planificado, solo fui a la despensa,y tome 1kg de arroz, 500gr de carne de res, y 1 kg de yuca, y me dispuse a cocinar.

500gr de carne de res entera
2 papas
1 cebolla
1 tomate
1 diente de ajo

PREPARACIÓN
Lavar y pelar la yuca.
Poner a cocinar en agua y añadirle una cucharadita de sal.

Lavar los aliños y la papa.
Picarlos en pequeños cuadros.

En una olla de fondo grueso agregar un poco de aceite onotado, sofreír los aliños y añadir la carne.
