Hope you all are doing well by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am also well by his mercy. Today I have come to you with a new recipe. The recipe is Delightful Seafood Recipe😋. The fun of eating it is different. This is one of my favorite recipes. Sometimes my mom makes this, everyone in the house eats it with fun.
Baila fish contains a lot of minerals and vitamins. It causes mental growth of children and teenagers. Fatty acid in this fish contains vitamin D and A which prevents our body from getting various complex diseases.
Required Materials:
Baila fish
Eggplant
Salt
Garlic batter
Chop onion
Green chillies
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Cumin powder
First step:
First I rubbed turmeric powder and salt in the fish.
second step:
Then I put a pot in the oven and put enough amount of soybean oil.Now fry the fish pieces well. Then drain the oil and take it off the stove
third step:
Then fried the brinjals in oil.
Fourth step:
Now add chopped onion and chopped green chillies to the pan. And later I gave all the masala ingredients.
Final step:
Then I waited five minutes with the lid. Five minutes later, it is fully cooked. Then I removed it from her hair. I mixed the spices well and added enough water. Then I put the pieces of fish and pieces of brinjal in the pan.
