Spending time at home during lockdown and putting on weigh is now a normal things one could hear. It's a tale of every household. All the fitness freak people who used to spend hours in gym or fitness center can be seen craving for food and increasing their weight at home. Afterall, the society is in transformation phase so does every human being.
Same started to happen to **me"" untill,I decided to make some arrangmemt at home. Call it Jugad that I manage to keep myself pumped up even in lockdown.
I love running and rope jumping, alongwith with some weight lifting. While running is not possible, so I manage to get rope jumping continued at home, for weight lifting, I made use of some concrete
🤨Wondering what it could be ??
Its a fine shaft of cement moulded in round shape, like a small pillar. (Indians were quite good at making JUGAD) and I did it which 12.5 Kilogram of each. The size is enough to fit in you palm.
Once it was ready , I started to do my daily workout in morning. That keeps me going pretty well. Jumping allow me to warm up and reduce my fat while through these moulded concrete, I can do light toning of my muscle.
When ask for a lockdown fitness selfie, I make sure to get myself snapped in better way. This is post my workout session, especially to get some photo clicked.

Hopefully I made to the challenge with these over smiling photos😉. Smiling is also a good way to stay fit. By doing so, you get relieved of all tension and worry.
Lockdown does teaches many lesson and smiling is one of them. Stay happy and stay fit for a longer life.
