Hola mi querida comunidad de cine en esta oportunidad de le estaré hablando acerca de una película que ha sido basada en hechos reales, esto como parte de la iniciativa semanal que nos trae nuestros queridos amigos de está comunidad, es por eso que le doy la bienvenida a todas las personas que me leen, así mismo en dialogar un poco sobre el contenido de esa película escogida. Como siempre es un placer estar con ustedes en una nueva entrada es por eso que para esta oportunidad les voy hablar de la película talentos ocultos la cual es un relato de mujeres afroamericanas que lograron formar parte del proyecto cuando el hombre va a la luna, es decir ellas fueron las calculadoras humanas.
Esta película está basada en la historia de 3 mujeres afroamericanas que se ven involucradas en el proyecto de la NASA en donde ellas trabajan como calculadoras humanas para dar un resultado más eficiente para dar la vuelta a la órbita, esto fue posible gracias a esas mujeres que no fueron reconocidas al momento, sino años más tarde, es por eso que hoy en día les vengo hablar de todo lo que está película envuelve ya que las personas adecuadas para este trabajo eran los de piel blanca, pero ellas superaron eso y lograron posicionar a la raza negra en este gran proyecto.

Hello my dear film community in this opportunity I will be talking about a film that has been based on real events, this as part of the weekly initiative that brings us our dear friends of this community, that's why I welcome all the people who read me, and also to talk a little about the content of the film chosen. As always it is a pleasure to be with you in a new entry is why for this opportunity I will talk about the movie hidden talents which is a story of African American women who managed to be part of the project when man goes to the moon, ie they were the human calculators.
This film is based on the story of 3 African American women who are involved in the NASA project where they work as human calculators to give a more efficient result to go around the orbit, this was possible thanks to these women who were not recognized at the time, but years later, that is why today I come to talk about everything that this film involves because the right people for this job were white, but they overcame that and managed to position the black race in this great project.

Realmente desconocía está película por completo, no fue hasta el año pasado cuando no tenía cable en casa y solo tenía 1 canal para mirar noticias, canal que es del gobierno y no pasan nada bueno, pero esa noche recuerdo que me engancho desde un momento, además que al ser basada en hechos reales más me cautivó ya que me gusta este tipo de películas donde podemos ver lo brillante que es la vida y las cosas que deben de pasar las personas, especialmente las de raza negra en aquellos tiempos, una cosa que me llamó la atención fue la rapidez y buena que son estas calculadoras humanas, sinceramente es bueno contar con personas que pueden igualar a una máquina de hoy en día. Cuando comencé a ver esta película lo que más me gustó fue la forma en que Katherine Johnson, la protagonista principal se ve envuelta en este gran proyecto, aún cuando a pesar de hacer esfuerzo y dar resultados a todo, no fue merecedora de la gratitud en esta película, no fue hasta años más tarde cuando realmente reconocieron su gran labor, esta mujer fue realmente brillante, tanto es así que murió a sus 101 años de edad, algo increíble para una mente tan brillante.
La película consiste básicamente en buscar mentes brillantes capaz de calcular la trayectoria de un cohete de la forma más rápida posible, así mismo fue capaz de hacer una órbita completa de la tierra, a pesar de su condición hizo lo que ningún blanco se atrevió, ella superó los niveles de racismo y seguir delante, además el astronauta confiaba en ella y su trabajo, algo que la mantenía con fe en lo que estaba haciendo, esto es precisamente lo que se busca en estos tipos de lugares, pero gracias a la tecnología todo esto ha sido suplantado, hoy en día podemos disfrutar de esas calculadoras humanas en equipos tecnológicos. Durante el rodaje de esta película podemos apreciar a tres amigas muy unidas que luchan por un puesto en este gran proyecto y otros similares, así mismo Dorothy Vaughan y Mary Jackson también van encaminadas en este mismo sentidos, todas buscando brillar en lo que más aman que son las matemáticas, también vemos cómo son desprestigiadas por ser de color negro, vemos a todas las humillaciones que fueron sometidas y como al final logran salir ganadoras de lo que tanto querían, todas en caminos a fines, pero en el mismo sentido.
Sinceramente fue una historia inspiradora ya que a pesar de la discriminación y la falta de recursos, ellas pudieron salir adelante, esto nos invita a todas las personas a no ser menos que otros, a luchar por sus sueños y dar lo mejor en todo momento, esta historia aparte de ser real es muy motivadora y llena de nostalgia, nos abraza el alma y nos invita a ser más nobles en la vida y ser capaces de reconocer los triunfos del otro de la mejor manera. Actualmente vivimos en un mundo que está muy contaminado de discriminación, también de muchas cosas malas y aún así seguimos la lucha, para mí esta película es muy buena y desde que la vi me llegó a cautivar, además de ser una mujer quien fue en completar esta órbita y eso es orgullo para todas.
I really didn't know this movie completely, it wasn't until last year when I didn't have cable at home and I only had 1 channel to watch the news, which is a government channel and they don't show anything good, but that night I remember that I was hooked from the moment I saw it, besides being based on real events more captivated me because I like this kind of movies where we can see how bright life is and the things that people must go through, especially black people in those times, one thing that caught my attention was how fast and good these human calculators are, honestly it is good to have people who can match a machine today. When I started watching this movie what I liked the most was the way Katherine Johnson, the main protagonist is involved in this great project, even though she made an effort and gave results to everything, she did not deserve the gratitude in this movie, it was not until years later when they really recognized her great work, this woman was really brilliant, so much so that she died at 101 years of age, something incredible for such a brilliant mind.
The film basically consists of looking for brilliant minds capable of calculating the trajectory of a rocket in the fastest way possible, likewise she was able to make a complete orbit of the earth, despite her condition she did what no target dared, she overcame the levels of racism and kept ahead, Besides the astronaut trusted her and her work, something that kept her with faith in what she was doing, this is precisely what is sought in these types of places, but thanks to technology all this has been supplanted, today we can enjoy those human calculators in technological equipment. During the filming of this movie we can see three very close friends who fight for a position in this great project and others like it, Dorothy Vaughan and Mary Jackson also go in the same direction, all seeking to shine in what they love most which is mathematics, we also see how they are discredited for being black, we see all the humiliations they were subjected to and how in the end they manage to win what they wanted so much, all in ways to ends, but in the same sense.
Honestly it was an inspiring story because despite discrimination and lack of resources, they were able to get ahead, this invites us all to not be less than others, to fight for their dreams and give the best at all times, this story apart from being real is very motivating and full of nostalgia, it embraces our soul and invites us to be more noble in life and be able to recognize the triumphs of others in the best way. Currently we live in a world that is very contaminated with discrimination, also with many bad things and yet we continue the fight, for me this movie is very good and since I saw it I was captivated, besides being a woman who was to complete this orbit and that is pride for all of us.
Mentes ocultas.
Lograr identificarme con un personaje es algo increíble, pero creo poder tener el orgullo de Katherine al tener que caminar largas cuadras para poder usar los sanitarios ya que eso es algo que debería salir de otras personas para lograr disminuir la discriminación y el racismo, pero al contrario en esta película paso, también me identifico en el sentido común de esta mujer y el temple que tiene para asumir tales roles que se le impone, las mujeres somos seres llenos de virtudes y mucha inteligencia para dar en estos proyectos de tal magnitud, es por eso que invito a luchar por la libertad y lograr llegar a lugares antes imaginados para muchas de nosotras. En lo personal considero que no hubiera podido manejar esta situación tal como la manejo Katherine ya que ella supo usar todos los elementos en su justo momento, pero si esa situación me hubiera sucedido quizás no me hubiera dado por vencida en todas las cosas que ella logró, pero quizás en el proceso me hubiera llevado llenado de rabia al ver las injusticias de la vida, este personaje lucho por sus sueños y metas, por eso fue reconocida en la vida.
Una de las cosas que me atrajo de esta película es que fue basada en hechos reales y eso me gusta mucho, también lo que me atrapó definitivamente fue a forma de vida de estas personas y su inteligencia tan especial que tenían estas mujeres, fueron grandes historias en personajes increíbles, hoy en día no encontramos personas que sean tan buenas en las matemáticas como ellas, ya que la tecnología nos atrapó por completo y todo se lo hemos dejado a ellas, finalmente también me gustó la forma en que Katerine uso todas las herramientas para brillar, de ser extrovertida y estar donde estaba. Definitivamente si no me hubieran dicho que era basada en hechos reales, claro que hubiera creído la historia igualmente ya que las personas anteriormente para estos grandes proyectos necesitaban personas brillantes como estás mujeres, en lo que no hubiera creído es en la desigualdad que hay en estos grupos aún cuando están en un lugar tan prestigioso como la NASA.
To be able to identify myself with a character is something incredible, but I think I can have Katherine's pride in having to walk long blocks to use the restrooms because that is something that should come from other people to reduce discrimination and racism, but on the contrary in this film it happened, I also identify with the common sense of this woman and the courage she has to assume such roles that are imposed on her, women are beings full of virtues and a lot of intelligence to give in these projects of such magnitude, that is why I invite you to fight for freedom and reach places previously imagined for many of us. Personally I consider that I would not have been able to handle this situation as Katherine handled it because she knew how to use all the elements at the right time, but if that situation had happened to me maybe I would not have given up on all the things she achieved, but perhaps in the process I would have been filled with rage when I saw the injustices of life, this character fought for her dreams and goals, that is why she was recognized in life.
One of the things that attracted me to this movie is that it was based on real facts and I like that a lot, also what caught me definitely was the way of life of these people and their special intelligence that these women had, they were great stories in incredible characters, today we do not find people who are as good at mathematics as them, since technology caught us completely and we have left everything to them, finally I also liked the way Katerine used all the tools to shine, to be extroverted and to be where she was. Definitely if I had not been told that it was based on real facts, of course I would have believed the story anyway since people before for these great projects needed brilliant people like these women, what I would not have believed is the inequality that exists in these groups even when they are in a place as prestigious as NASA.

Finalmente puedo decir que la película talentos ocultos es una adaptación increíble de lo que fue la llegada a la luna en 1969, después de un tiempo estas chicas, especialmente Katherine fueron reconocidas como esas personas que ayudaron en este proyecto tan amplio, las mismas fueron premiadas con premios Óscar y otras premiaciones de gran magnitud para el país. Mentes ocultas nos muestra de una forma controversial lo que es vivir y trabajar en un lugar donde el racismo está de manifiesto, un lugar apto para todo, pero debido a la prepotencia de las personas, estás aíslan a los demás, sin darse cuenta el gran potencial que estás pueden llegar albergar en su vida. Gracias a todos los que me leen, los que participan en todo lo que hace la plataforma, aquellos que ayudan al fortalecimiento y crecimiento de la comunidad, gracias totales a quienes hacen vida en Hive, aquellos que recién llegan y a todos los que estamos aquí desde hace tiempo. Finally I can say that the movie Hidden Talents is an incredible adaptation of what was the 1969 moon landing, after a while these girls, especially Katherine were recognized as those people who helped in this project so broad, they were awarded with Oscars and other awards of great magnitude for the country. Hidden Minds shows us in a controversial way what it is like to live and work in a place where racism is evident, a place suitable for everything, but due to the arrogance of the people, they isolate others, without realizing the great potential that they can have in their lives.
