Good afternoon everyone . It’s been a while I haven’t posted in Hive-Myanmar Community . I’m going to share my experience of Sa Kaw Hat Min at Se Sar Win Restaurant ( Payar Phyu ) .
What’s Sa Kaw Hta Min ? Sa Kaw Hta Min is a dish included steamed rice and some other side dishes like fried or salad vegetables , chicken or pork curry and tomato mash or fish paste with boiled vegetables . These side dishes are variable accordingly to the location and traditions . But there’s one thing in common that’s serving on banana leaves on the traditional cane trays .
So this was my second time dining in and it becomes my favorite . I had dined in another restaurant before and the truth is after my first time I didn’t really like Sa Kaw Hta Min and I thought they’re just overreacting it nothing special .
As you can see , this is Sa Kaw Hta Min . This is the signature dish of their restaurant . We ordered for two persons .
This green salad is pennywort salad and beside it is chicken curry .
Then we had fried potato and pork sausage .
And we had grilled chicken and fried sour bamboo .
We got tomato mash with some vegetables and also fried Conima leaves with flour and fried sweet potatoes .
They also served Chayote leaves soup .
One of my friends brought me there and I wasn’t interested and expected much at first . But after eating a bit , I was surprised oh this is an actual Sa Kaw Hta Min.
The taste and the presentation are so unique . I’m so sure you’ll like it .
