Hello food lovers. With this Ecotrain's culinary theme, I chose to make STIR-FRIED BEEF SALAD WITH FRUIT to share with everyone. This dish is one of my favorites since it is both nutritious and simple to prepare.

How to make it?
- Prepare the materials:
Thinly slice beef, add a little pepper, garlic, soy sauce, seasoning, chili, and sugar, then mix well to absorb the spices and marinate for 10 minutes.
Rinse vegetables and fruits under running water. Then, cut the avocado to preference. Apples, pears, cut into small pieces, slice bell peppers like the picture.
- Processing
Heat a pan of oil on the stove, heat the cooking oil, and add some minced garlic. If the garlic is fragrant, add the meat and bell peppers and stir well. Add a little seasoning to taste, continue stirring until the bell peppers are just cooked to a turn, then turn off the heat.
Present the dish to the plate so that it looks beautiful. It depends on your taste and aesthetic. You can serve the salad with some mayonnaise sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
