Corn is widely used in autochthonous dishes in Venezuela, because it is very inexpensive and many families harvest it, since a harvest is obtained in only three months, making it a sustainable food, from there today I wanted to share these beautiful recipes. which are ideal to eat alone or as a complement to other meals.
Dish 1 (Tender Corn Buns)
Ingredients:
• 3 ears of corn.
• 3 tablespoons of sugar or honey.
• 1 teaspoon salt.

• 1 cup of cornmeal
• 1 cup of water.

In a container, knead the ingredients well until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough, then form a ball with your hands, flatten it, it will be in the shape of a disk and take it to a non-stick griddle until they brown on both sides and form a hard shell .
You can eat these arepas with vegetables, grain creams or any other filling of your choice.
