Excelente inicio de año 2022.
El tema acerca de la espiritualidad tiene muchos elementos a considerar, en la medida que sientes, te das cuentas que eres un ser espiritual, muchas cosas van cambiando alrededor de ti.
Comparto dos escritos que, uno fue escrito hace 9 meses como participante de una iniciativa y el otro de hace un mes ya un poco más científico, donde se exponen teorías y científicos que han investigado sobre el tema y sus propuestas hacia la enseñanza/aprendizaje de la espiritualidad en la educación formal y en el ámbito profesional como es vista, como se maneja desde el punto de vista de liderazgo y productividad.

La espiritualidad siempre para mi es y sigue siendo un tema de gran envergadura porque presenta muchas vertientes desde el punto de vista de como se maneja en sociedad...si se es creyente independientemente de cualquier religión o si no es creyente de ninguna (existen muchos casos, se respeta).
La espiritualidad no tiene que ver con religiones, cada día y de acuerdo a diferentes representantes de diferentes áreas profesionales así lo demuestran...es parte del Ser humano, como lo refiero en uno de mis escritos (al nacer ya somos espirituales) condición que va tomando otros tonos de acuerdo al espacio geográfico donde se nace, se desenvuelve, las religiones que se practican por sus progenitores.
Esto en la medida que se va creciendo, desenvolviendo, convirtiéndose en hombre o mujer tiene sus colores...de acuerdo a las actividades que desarrollen. Se dejan envolver por la parte material que ya muchos hemos sido atraídos, sin darnos cuenta nos dedicamos solo a amasar cosas materiales...dejamos de apreciar la naturaleza, el silencio, sin tomar en cuenta los beneficios de estas practicas.

Como lo expresé anteriormente ser espiritual es desde el momento en que nacemos, seguir siendo espirituales es el reto del crecimiento y esa vocecita que sin darnos cuenta escuchamos en nuestro interior(le hacemos o no caso, de vez en cuanto).
Ser espiritual no es estar las 24 horas en modo Zen, sino más bien es hacerse consciente de lo que nos rodea, de nuestro mundo interno, que podemos crear nuestra realidad, observar más a las personas que nos rodean, sus actuaciones, etc, hablar menos, dejar que las personas se expresen y así uno puede ver mirar el camino que la otra persona está transitando, algo así como por dónde va...si ha evolucionado o está evolucionando.
Para mi la Espiritualidad es el camino hacia la concientización, de entender, aceptar la misión que vinimos a entregar en este mundo. Sin juzgar, sin intervenir mucho, soltar apegos, entender la naturaleza, escuchar sus mensajes. Comprender un poco los sueños, a quienes vemos, que sucede en ellos.
La felicidad no se puede poseer, ganar o consumir.
La felicidad es la experiencia espiritual de vivir cada minuto con amor, gracia y gratitud

The topic about spirituality has many elements to consider, as you feel, you realize that you are a spiritual being, many things are changing around you.
Happiness cannot be possessed, earned or consumed.
I share two writings that, one was written 9 months ago as a participant in an initiative and the other from a month ago and a little more scientific, where theories and scientists who have investigated on the subject and its proposals towards the teaching / learning of spirituality in formal education and in the professional field as seen, as it is handled from the point of view of leadership and productivity.

Spirituality always for me is and continues to be a major issue because it presents many aspects from the point of view of how it is handled in society ... if you are a believer regardless of any religion or if you are not a believer of any (there are many cases, it is respected).
Spirituality has nothing to do with religions, every day and according to different representatives of different professional areas they show it ... it is part of the Human Being, as I refer to it in one of my written (at birth we are already spiritual) a condition that takes on other tones according to the geographical space where it is born, develops, the religions that are practiced by their parents.
As you grow, develop, become a man or a woman, this has its colors ... according to the activities that you develop. They allow themselves to be enveloped by the material part that many of us have already been attracted to, without realizing it we only dedicate ourselves to kneading material things ... we stop appreciating nature, silence, without taking into account the benefits of these practices.

As I expressed previously, being spiritual is from the moment we are born, remaining spiritual is the challenge of growth and that little voice that we unwittingly hear inside ourselves (we pay attention to it or not, once in a while).
Being spiritual is not being 24 hours in Zen mode, but rather is becoming aware of what surrounds us, of our internal world, that we can create our reality, observe people more that surround us, their performances, etc, talk less, let people express themselves and thus one can see looking at the path that the other person is traveling, something like where they are going ... if they have evolved or are evolving.
For me, Spirituality is the path to awareness, to understand, to accept the mission that we came to deliver in this world. Without judging, without much intervention, let go of attachments, understand nature, listen to its messages. Understand a little dreams, who we see, what happens in them.
Happiness cannot be possessed, earned or consumed.
Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude
