Haciendo alusión al hecho de que vivo en una casita alquilada, una vecina me dijo ayer:
"¡Eh, el que siembra en tierra ajena hasta la semilla pierde!" . Bien, conversé con ella un ratito exponiéndole algo de lo que no quedó muy convencida.. Resulta que...¿No fabrican las plantas oxígeno desde su primer día de vida? ¿No me beneficio de él? También ¿No me ha brindado momentos gratos este proyecto en esta contingencia en la que pareciéramos contar con más tiempo que esperanza? Y, sin embargo, cada plantita que siembro lleva implícita la esperanza que germine bien, que crezca, que sea útil como alimento, como medicamento o adornando un espacio?
El que las disfrute yo por un tiempo, y luego lo haga otro no es indicador de que yo haya "perdido la semilla" ¡Al contrario! ¿No significará simplemente que el fruto de esa semilla pudo llegar a más gente de la previamente planificada? ¿Que su beneficio "se estiró", "se expandió" y como un "abrazo elástico" llegó a más gente? No se si me hice entender o si la aburrí un poco. De hecho, apenas mencioné el "abrazo elástico" alzó las cejas, recordó repentinamente que tenía una olla al fuego y desapareció.
Bueno...creo que hay algunos refranes un poco equivocados...como ese dañino que reza Loro viejo no aprende a hablar y que ha desanimado a mucha gente a la hora de decidirse a estudiar en una edad más avanzada de la promedio. Pero sigamos en lo que estamos...el área junto al tanque de agua también está siendo recuperada. Allí sembré verdolaga.
La verdolaga en ensalada simplemente con algo de tomate y cebolla es super deliciosa. Además para quien tenga problemas de parásitos intestinales, un te de verdolaga, curía y pasote hará que le diga "Adiós" a los parásitos.
