Hello People,
Welcome to my blog. Today on the menu is White sauce pasta. But hey, this is not the usual pasta you make by using fresh cream. I have made the sauce with all purpose flour and milk. All the ingredients of this dish are easily available at any domestic kitchen. Also, as this is my first dish for vegan contest I have tried a new way of making the sauce.

Let me tell you the whole recipe.
Let's start with the ingredients.
- Penne pasta 500 gms
- Butter half bowl.
- All purpose flour 6 table spoon.
- Chopped garlic 5 clove.
- 2 onions chopped.
- Oregano as per your taste.
- Chilli flakes as per you taste.
- Salt as per you taste.
- Black pepper as per your taste.
- Milk room temperature 4 cups.
Firstly boil the pasta.
Then strain out the water from pasta.
Now taking all ingredients which are easily available at any home.
Now divide the butter into two parts and put in two different vessels on high flame.
Now put Chopped onions in one and garlic in another. Fry till they turn brown.
Once the garlic turns brown add all purpose flour to it and keep stirring.
Keep stirring until it turns out like this golden brown.
Now add milk while using a whisker. Keep whisking it while adding milk to avoid any kind of lumps as milk and flour becomes thick paste.
As the quantity was more so I had to pour it into a bigger vessel to boil. Boil this for 5 minutes to simmer.
See how creamy does it looks.
Now is the time to add sauce to caramelised onions.
Also, add Spices to the sauce. Let it simmer for two minutes.
Now is the time to add pasta to the sauce. Remember to while adding pasta to spread it evenly and give it a light stir so that pasta doesn't break. And it's ready.
Serve this delicious pasta and enjoy.
