Coming to this week 2 of the cooking competition, I would like to bring one simple dish which saw as a gift from the sea. Before making the salad, please go with me take a look through its benefits, which make sea grapes seaweed become the choice of many people.
The sea grapes seaweed is also called green caviar. The grape seaweed is named because it has a shape like a bunch of grapes. And it can easily be found in Southeast Asia, Japan and the Pacific Ocean.
After its benefits to human health are informed to everyone, it is used widely. If you are a fan of Japanese cuisine or you might usually meet this ingredient. The sea grapes seaweed is known as a source of calcium and protein which helps our body to prevent osteoporosis, arthritis pain and other physical problems. This has a serious impact on the movements and activities of the body. Also which is high in calcium, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and it can improve bone health and reduce inflammation. Not only good for bone but also good for eyes. The nutrients vitamin A and iron play a crucial role in the health of the eyes. Grape seaweed contains compounds that both enhance vision and prevent eye diseases.
Those are not the only benefits of sea grapes, it also gives a hand in protecting the circulatory system from heart disease and helping prevent oxidation. The reason why grape seaweed has become a popular food choice for women in those recent years is that it has the ability to enhance the skin's elasticity and reduce dryness. Also, this is a warrior in the anti-aging battle of women.
In conclusion, sea grape seaweed has many health benefits, if you do not mind the significant smell of most of the seaweed, don't forget to try this salad once time. This is also my one of favorite salads besides the fruits salad.

I bought the sea grapes seaweed in the supermarket, it contains 4 packs in a box and I used 1 pack to make this salad.
I will put the sea grapes into the bowl of ice water to let them expand as their original form. And this process only takes from 3 mins to 5 mins to finish.
This is the sea grapes seaweed after rinsing off the water. Because it will be a little bit salty, I checked it before making the salad.
It will be crunchy if we keep it cold. Then, I put a layer of ice under the sea grapes seaweed and put the sauce in the middle. It would be good to use with mayonnaise and salmon.
