We have to approve that we are not that conscious about improving our mental wellness the way we need to be. But the good sign is people are becoming more aware about this and trying things to make their life better.

- Deal with stress.
Stress and wellness doesn't go together. Until we take of of our stress, we can't be mentally fine. Practice to release stress and it will impact positively in your mental health.
- Self-care.
Without self-care mental wellness can't work. It's actually a big part of our whole wellness. But unfortunately we don't make enough room to take care of our own self.
- Take time to declutter your mind.
We usually come back home and start taking care of other businesses. If we just make some time to declutter our mind, calm down our mind, give ourselves some more time it will be lot more helpful.
Mental wellness is not an automatic thing though there are many who thinks so. Like if we just live our life, do whatever comes in front our mental health will not hamper. But this is not true. Our mind needs to nurture, we have to do many things so it doesn't get affected negativelity.
Try to make these basic things as your habit. If necessary make routine to take care of yourself. If you can't manage to do this every single day, do it occasionally. Try to make others aware of this as well. If you are not happy, you can not make anyone happy either. That's why mental wellness is so important.
