I guess, there is no one who can say they didn't snack at midnight. Or they don't eat junk food every now and then. It's true that our lifestyle pushes us to consume ready-made food more. But if we don't change our eating habits for the better, life will start to throw after a few years.
So the time is now!
But how we can start the change or adopt some good eating habits?
You will come across hundreds of tips that can help you improve your eating habits. But there's a high chance that you will end up not adopting them for very long. What we do wrong is, we think about 'forever' and set 'wrong goal'. Like I will lose 50 pounds in a month or I will drink only green tea for the rest of my life.
Well think doesn't work like that!
Always start with what you can do right now, from day one without changing much in your lifestyle. Like drinking more water. If you start to eat healthy/only salad from the first day, in a few days you will find yourself not following that anymore.
Work on a single change and then move on to the next. Don't try to adopt everything you know. Like eating low crab food, having more green on your plate, cutting down soda at a time. Our body needs some time to adjust and cope.
Make it reasonable. If your lifestyle forces you to not let go of all the bad eating habits you adopted over the year. That's okay. Don't set an unrealistic goal as you will only eat organic for the rest of your life. Do what you can afford.
However, what matters most is how we are motivating ourselves to adopt some healthy eating habits. Realize, change a few, adopt some good habits and eventually, you will get to see a big change.
