Relaxation during a busy day- sounds crazy, no? But don't you think a little relaxation can make us more productive?
When you take a pause during a busy day, you give your brain to relax and recharge. So it can produce more energy. You will see, how you feel energized after taking a walk during your office time. But it's not possible for many. So there are many relaxation techniques you can try!
Meditation and breathing practices are some of the most beneficial relaxation techniques. It doesn't take long, you can practice it anywhere, anytime. But it's true may find it difficult to keep the focus. In that case, don't worry; just take a deep breath; inhale and exhale. Also, you can close your eyes and think about something positive. Or just take a few moments to pause all the work pressure and focus on something interesting.
