I spent some time doing some research about the things we eat. Most of us are always on the go and just grab whatever is available around us, as in fast food. We are busy so we pick up quick meals at the store to make our life easier. I mean we are busy and when we get home we do not want to be up cooking for an hour or more after a long day.
If you watched this video you will see how those fast foods we eat and enjoy are full of sugar. All processed foods it seems are filled with sugar and they even do taste tests to see how much sugar they can add to make it more appealing to our tastes. Grab a soda for something to drink, they are loaded with sugar! Yes, there are diet sodas or zero sugar sodas but how many times do we grab one of them?
Carbs in our normal fast-paced lives are a necessity. I mean we eat sandwiches we made for lunch at work or you send them with your kids to school for lunch. We are quick to grab that bag of frozen breaded chicken out of the freezer for a quick dinner, along with some tater tots or french fries. The fish sticks that all kids seem to love and we think it is fish so it is healthy but is it really covered in all that breading. There are good carbs, I guess you could say, which are fiber carbs. I hope you will research and look into all of this and see it for yourself and hopefully makes some changes that help your body and make much healthier choices for yourself. Look at the nutritional labels on the things you buy at the store and remember these facts are per serving, most serving sizes are small compared to how much we eat of any one thing.
