My last individual I tried to Onboard was a terrible failure ending with plenty of flaming between him and Hive Watchers. He did have a very quick temper and tends to say things before thinking, but that also demonstrated my lack in teaching skills and I admit having no talent in. It's one talent I admire among people skills, and Hive definitely needs individuals who can successfully onboard newbies. Or teach others like me how to do that properly.
