Discipline from an early age, a requirement in the home where parents need to be educated on how to raise children I strongly agree this is lacking.
A child does not know hate, colour or creed unless taught these values that may become problematic when reaching school going age, sometimes remains with the individual throughout their life.

Women's prayer very effective, being together a couple of times a month sharing in handcrafts or a lunch, person to person contact is still the most effective way of being in contact.

Team work always works well when each has a strength to assist in growth or reasoning, whether through a religious entity, or women in business supporting an outlet normally NPO that works purely with the problems related to woman in abusive situations.

JOAN'S NOTES:
As children growing up we all played together, only entering workforce one noticed that certain tasks were performed by women, although some women did manage to take the initiative achieving positions equal with male counterpart.
Being one with oneself is wherein we should find happiness, no one is perfect, all should be equal.
Women supporting each other developing never excludes the notion most relate to societal constraints.

JOAN'S NOTES:
Poverty and hardship hit women hard, especially when single parenting by grandmothers, mothers or siblings left to fend for themselves.
Before recession bit deeper, assistance appeared well structured, hopefully keeping contact with all, I will continue to grow, the problem never leaves with new arrivals seeking assistance.
