Dear ladies,
How is life? What is special today? It always an awesome feeling to be a lady. How many of you thank our creator for creating us as lady? Count me one of them who feel blessed to be a lady.
Anyway, this is not the thing I'm going to talk about, but the thing I'm going to talk about is just a reminder to those women who doesn't take care of health seriously and properly. Take this as a piece of advice though let me tell you that I'm not a health expert but a teacher who loves to spread and gain knowledge.

Time to talk about the topic you can see already on the title above. It is about our body parts or limbs movement. Does only walk can be enough for our perfect shape of body? Actually it depends on body type and physical abilities. It also depend on foods we regular consume or the capacity we have to digest foods everyday.
We can't deny the importance of physical exercise and it make me more productive. Do you about me, that how lazy I am? So this is for lazy ladies like me hahaha! I prefer having some health exercise on my cute little bed. My shape is not gigantic but honestly I'm a foodie and consume a lot of junk and oily foods that my tongue love to taste.
Some health exercise can be done on bed and it should have some good impact on our body. I don't exercise daily but I prefer doing exercise on bed and you can find huge videos on it. I usually watch YouTube video tutorials but I'm not good at continuing these exercise even it could be done on my bed.
I'm lazy and foodie but my body movements gave me a good shape that make me feel good as a lady. I'm completely satisfied with my body shape as none can comment on my shape like "You are so fat", "You are so thin" or something irritate people most of the time. I feel blessed having a sound body with sound mind. I'm flexible and I can move my limbs as I want or usually I need to move it. And this is the benefit of health exercise even it is on bed.
So dear ladies, move your body and shake you body as you like and try to maintain a good shape that make you feel good inside and out.
