Frozen is one of my all-time favorite musical. It’s really wonderful and awesome in general, and it doesn’t really have any scary parts but mostly movies have something in there that really scares the heck out of kids, but Frozen doesn’t.
My little sister loves this musical more than I do! That’s fabulous because it’s something we get to do together on the regular, and putting it on, whether at home, in the car, or at a restaurant, instantly mesmerizes her. If she’s upset, it’s time to put on Frozen and If she’s tired of sitting in traffic in the car, put on Frozen and she’ll forget that we’ve been sitting still for an hour. 🥰💗✨
Theme #2:- My Family's favorite Dish (Dosa)

Ingredients for Dosa:-
1/2 cup urad dal (split black lentils)
1 tbsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
1 cup raw rice (chawal)
1 cup par-boiled rice (ukda chawal)
2 tbsp thick beaten rice (jada poha)
ghee for cooking.
For Serving With Dosa:-
Sambhar
Coconut chutney
Yellow Gram chutney
Tomato ketchup 🍅🍅
Recipe for Dosa:-
Step1:-Soak rice, split black lentils, fenugreek and flatten rice over night.
Step2:- Take out the soaked lentils, rice, flatten rice and fenugreek.
Step3:-This is the soaked rice.
Step4:--This is the flatten rice or beaten rice.
Step5:-Rinse all pulses, rice, fenugreek in cooker about 5-7 minutes.
Step6:-Grind it fully and make a thick paste.
Step7:-This is the boiled rice.
Step8:- Grind the soaked rice fully and make a thick paste.
Step:9:- Let it fermented for about 6-7 hours.
Step10:- Split batter on the very hot and grilled tawa or pan with the help for spatula and put some oil on pan and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
Step11:- Put some masala potato stuffing on cooking Dosa and wrap it like a salsa.
Step12:- Serve it hot with mint and coriander chutney, coconut chutney etc etc.😋
Ingredients for Sambhar:-
Ash gourd (white pumpkin)
Drumstick (Saijan ki phalli)
Pearl onions
Shallots
Onions(Chote pyaaz ya pyaaz)
Radish(Mooli)
Tomato (Tamatar)
Okra (lady fingers or Bhindi)
Potatoes (Aloo)
Brinjals (eggplant Or Baingan)
Snake gourd (Chichinda)
Spinach (Palak)
Amaranth leaves (Chaulai)
Bottle gourd (Lauki Or dudhi Or ghiya)
Banana stem (Kele ka tana).
Plantain (unripe raw banana or Kacha kela)
Green beans (french beans or Faraz bean)
Ivy gourd (Tindora Or tendli)
Field marrow (Mangalore cucumber or Madras cucumber)
Method for Sambhar:-
Step1:-Boil yellow lentils, some chopped bottle gourd, some chopped onions in cooker for 7 minutes.
Step2:- Grind this mixture and make a thick paste.
Step3:--Chopp tomatoes 🍅🍅 , onions, okra, French beans and any kind of your suitable veggies you can use. 🥦🥕🌽
Step4:-Boil all the veggies in a cooker about 8 minutes.
Step5:-You can also use soaked tamarind in Sambhar but it's completely optional.
Step6:-Add all the species (red chilli powder, green chillies,coriander powder, salt to taste, garam masala and mix it well.
Step7:-Add tamarind water jnto sambhar.
Step8:- Mix it well and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Step9:- In a pan, put some oil in it and add some fresh green curry leaves, dried chillies for tadka and let it splutter.
Step10:-Put that tadka in Sambar and serve it hot with Dosas. ✨🥰✨🥰
