Healthy Habits to begin the day!
Here are some healthy habits you can add to your morning routine:
After reading these advises, I though some of them I am doing, not consistently but in some mesure I am doing it.
What about you? Is there some of these advises into your morning life?
Numbers 1, 2, i guess 3 (it looks very general, but I think I am good on it), number 5 sometimes, 7-Not at the morning time, 8- is some mesure, 9- I am changing to not touch my phone at first moment.
So, what I realise is that I need to be more consistent in some I have already. Should I wake up earlier than usually?
For number 4, 6 and 10 I really don't have idea how to implement, and if i put them in my morning I should take some 30 minutes earlier than I use to wake up. It means to sleep earlier also. Lately I am arriving to sleep by midnight which is better than some years before when I always slept at 1:00 am or 1:30 am.

- Planning: Review your day’s schedule and prioritize your tasks.
- Avoiding Screens: Try to avoid screens for the first 30 minutes to reduce distractions.

My challenging one is to use digital notes to follow my Day-plan. I have the old habit to follow my notebook; but as all things related to job are in my computer, I don't have anymore the habit of notebook; I try sometimes to follow my REMINDER, but later I forgot. I just focus on the really necessary activities to cover. And by the end of the day I focus on the blog and trading if possible.
Some ideas about posting are coming during the day and I use my digital notes for all that ideas. Later some give me some theme to write about.
